Global Partners LP seeks a Product Manager, Marketing Technology to lead Mar Tech solutions that drive customer engagement and fuel sales across our energy retail network. You will own the roadmap for marketing platforms, including campaign, personalization, and analytics tools, aligning them with business goals in a safety- and compliance-focused environment. Partner with marketing, retail operations, IT, and data teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, manage vendors, and deliver measurable ROI.
This role offers growth across logistics, supply, and sustainability initiatives in a fast-paced, asset-intensive setting.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing technology product roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from marketing, retail operations, and leadership
- Drive implementation and optimization of campaign, personalization, and analytics platforms
- Manage Mar
- Tech vendors, contracts, SLAs, and platform performance
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure, reliable integrations and data flows
- Define KPIs and measure ROI for marketing technology initiatives
- Ensure platforms and processes comply with safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
- Develop user training, documentation, and change management plans
- Monitor industry trends in Mar
