What's the Job?- Provide operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer for a Microsoft-centric infrastructure environment.
- Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Windows Server environments.
- Support server health, system performance, and handle operational incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure stability and performance.
- 7+ years of Infrastructure Operations experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong experience in Active Directory administration and Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, and Group Policy management.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows networking fundamentals, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with incident and problem management, Power Shell scripting, and infrastructure migrations.
