- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switching, NAC, and VPN/ZTNA solutions
- Administer identity and access through Okta/Entra , Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and IGA
- Own SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability-management tooling and controls
- Manage the MDR relationship and respond to escalated detections
- Redesign IT processes and policies to meet compliance requirements and support additional frameworks
- Harden AWS and Azure environments through least-privilege IAM, VPC/network security, and Azure Policy
- Provide front-line escalation support and mentoring to IT teammates
- Maintain network and security runbooks and documentation
- Assess technology and network risk and recommend remediations
- Serve as the network security and cybersecurity subject matter expert
- Report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Technology and collaborate with the Systems Engineer, IT, R&D, and Legal/Compliance
- Experience with network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco/Meraki switching, NAC, and VPN/ZTNA solutions
- Experience administering Okta and Entra
- Knowledge of Conditional Access policies, MFA enforcement, identity lifecycle management, and IGA
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and relevant compliance frameworks
- Experience hardening AWS/Azure environments, including IAM least privilege, VPC/network security, and Azure Policy
- Ability to respond to escalated security detections and manage an MDR relationship
- Ability to assess technology and network risk and recommend remediations
- Ability to provide escalation support and mentor IT teammates
- Must be eligible to work in the United States;
