Constant Contact is seeking aDeskside Technician to join our IT End-User Support team at our Waltham, MA office. You will be the primary contact for end-user support, handling Tier 1/2 issues, AV/streaming during All-Hands, and both on-site and remote assistance to employees.
The role requires 2+ years in deskside support, an Associate's degree in a related field, and hands-on PC/Mac troubleshooting with endpoint management tools. Occasional Boston office support may occur.
