Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: On-Site - Waltham, MA
Salary Range: $75000 – $90,000

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of small business and middle-market accounts. Our clients include Main Street retail, real estate, construction, contractors, and manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential.

• Manage and service commercial lines accounts.
• Handle all lines of coverage, including standard and surplus lines.
• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, and quoting.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance within AMS
  360 (preferred, but not required).
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client outcomes.

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience.
• Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages across industries.
• Familiarity with AMS
  360 a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
