A growing SaaS organization in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join its legal team to support contracting, data privacy and general corporate matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, including new customer contracts and renewals
• Redline and negotiate terms and conditions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, data privacy, IP, and payment terms
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance to facilitate timely deal execution
• Provide practical, business‑focused legal guidance on commercial transactions
• Manage multiple time‑sensitive matters, particularly during quarter‑end cycles

• Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar admission
• 3+ years of experience negotiating SaaS and commercial contracts
• Strong experience supporting sales organizations in a high‑volume environment
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS contracting and complex redlining
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under deadline pressure
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
