Full-Time / Part-Time Cleaning Specialist – 1st Shift

Location:

Waltham, MA

Schedule :

• Full-Time | 1st Shift- ONCALL : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Monday - Friday
• Occasional weekends or special projects required

Compensation : $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience

• Floor care : stripping, waxing, buffing, sealing
• Operation of floor machines (auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, etc)
• Post-construction and commercial deep cleaning
• Restroom Cleaning, Office Cleaning, etc.

• Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize and vacuum all assigned areas
• Strip, wax, and buff floors using proper techniques
• Restock supplies and maintain cleaning inventory
• Safely operate and care for cleaning equipment
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols at all times
• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly

• Valid Driver’s License (Massachusetts or transferable U.S. license)
• Clean driving record – no recent violations, DUIs, or suspensions
• Minimum 21 years of age (required for insurance)
• Pass background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Able to drive a standard company van and transport equipment
• Company vehicles are GPS-tracked for safety, efficiency, and accountability

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Transcend participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor (standing, bending, walking) for extended periods
• Must clock in and out from the job site using our digital timekeeping system
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled
• Company-issued
