Multisite Maintenance Manager: Elevate Resident

Avalon Bay Communities is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Manager to oversee two or more Vivmark Residential communities. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, coordinate service requests, supervise repairs, and ensure exceptional move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

You will manage preventive maintenance, enforce safety standards, and report to the Property Manager while maintaining open communication with residents and on-site staff.
