This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utilities Lead Project Manager located in Waltham, MA. The position will require commuting to the construction site located within 20 miles from Waltham. The Utilities Lead Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project planning, execution, and completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, engaging with contractors, overseeing inspections, streamlining logistics, conducting expediting activities, and ensuring project objectives are met effectively.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines while adhering to quality and budget parameters is a key component of the role.

• Experience in Project Management with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Minimum 15 years+ of utilities experience is a must for this position
• Knowledge and proven abilities in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and standards
• Expertise in Logistics Management and cross-team collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in utility projects or construction management is REQUIRED
• Certifications like PMP, CCM and/or a PE license is preferred, but not required
