We’ve partnered with one of the largest and most established quick-service restaurant franchise operators in the Northeast to help them hire strong Multi-Unit Managers.
This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing organization where high performers are recognized and promoted into Director-level leadership.
If you’re a hands‑on operator who knows how to build teams, drive results, and hold standards across multiple restaurants — this is for you.
What You’ll Own- Leadership of 5–10 restaurant locations
- Coaching and developing General Managers
- Driving sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
- Ensuring brand standards, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Hiring, training, and building bench strength
- Executing company initiatives and operational priorities
- Being present in the field — supporting your teams daily
- Multi‑unit restaurant leadership experience (District Manager, Area Manager, MUM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor models, and cost control
- Ability to lead leaders and build accountability
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
- Passion for people development
- QSR or fast casual experience preferred
- Highly respected franchise organization with long tenure
- Clear path to Director of Operations
- Strong leadership support from above
