Residential Landscape Account Relationship Manager

Phil Mastroianni Corp has been a leader in crafting and preserving New England’s finest residential landscapes for decades.

We are looking for experienced landscape professionals with a commitment to managing landscape maintenance for high-end residential properties, primarily in the suburbs of Boston, including Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Weston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Propose, estimate, and sell enhancement projects that elevate the functionality and visual appeal of clients’ estates.
• Collaborate closely with Landscape Construction Project Managers to manage a dynamic mix of maintenance and enhancement services at the conclusion of landscape builds.
• Oversee procurement of necessary materials and supplies for both crews and clients including the punch list from recently completed landscape projects.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from project installation to ongoing maintenance.
• Manage the financial aspects of your portfolio, including timely billing and collections.
• Accurately complete and process paperwork, including timesheets, receipts, and invoices.
• Ensure quality control and uphold standards across all projects in your portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Client-focused with a drive to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Preferred background in fields such as Horticulture, Arboriculture, or similar experience.
