We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep technical knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
. This is your chance to lead complex, high-impact projects in life sciences, healthcare, and higher education
—from precon to closeout—while mentoring teams and exceeding client expectations at every step.
- Location: Waltham, MA
- Pay: $125,000–$140,000/year (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 with some flexibility
- Work Model: Hybrid (some WFH flexibility)
- Travel: Occasional, local only
- 7+ years of industry experience in MEP/FP construction
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Sage, and Timber scan is a plus
- Lead communication between clients, field staff, vendors, and executive team
- Manage project schedules, financials, and productivity metrics
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain 3–6 month look-aheads
- Mentor junior staff and promote innovative solutions that improve project outcomes
