The Farm Stand & CSA Manager is responsible for all CSA distributions, scheduling and managing distribution and retail staff, and all retail operations, including product sourcing, inventory, sales and equipment management. Percentage of time devoted to each is based on organizational needs, development of programs, and seasons. The goal for 2026 is to expand retail categories, increase and diversify retail revenue while prioritizing product price points that are accessible to a diverse population, expand public awareness of WFCF’s farm stand which provides access to locally grown food and food producers, launch a winter market share alongside the winter CSA program to engage shareholders year round, and support or mission of local food access.
CompensationThis position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
