Print Production Bindery Operator

Small family owned printing company looking for a reliable, hands‑on Bindery & Print Production Operator to join our team. You'll work across bindery, digital print production, and shipping — no two days are exactly the same. • Program and operate a guillotine cutter
• Set up and run folding, scoring, and die cutting equipment
• Padding, drilling, round cornering and other print finishing processes
• Quality control — you catch mistakes before they leave the floor
• Prepare and process shipments via UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers
• Keep your work area organized and production flowing
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you

• Experience with bindery equipment (cutter and folder experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler and read job specs
• Solid computer skills — comfortable working with job tickets and basic software
• Deadline‑driven and detail‑oriented
• Dependable — the team counts on you showing up and following through
• Positive attitude and a willingness to keep learning
• Works well in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
