Machine Shop Machinist

Responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC machining equipment to produce high‑quality parts, ensuring accuracy through inspections, adherence to specifications and timely production.

• Set up all shop equipment including Manual Milling, Lathe, Handscrew and CNC Millers and Lathes, including tool offsets and editing of CNC programs.
• Maintain operation of CNC machines and ensure part quality, dimensional inspections and meeting time standards.

• Read and write English and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Perform basic math.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficient with all shop measuring tools and able to read and understand part drawings.
• High School or Technical School graduate.
• 10-15 years Machine Shop experience.

• Setting up and operating all manual and automated equipment within the Machine Shop.

$30 - $35/hour.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
