Job Summary
Responsible for performing medium to high complexity assembly operations to produce a variety of planar-based biosensors for core analyzers. Under general supervision, also supports complex assembly operations for prototypes and pilot builds for engineering. Requires the ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly operations using epoxies, solvents, and chemicals while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Work under a microscope for extended periods of time
- Operate process equipment including auto dispensers, pipettes, laser cutters, and electroplating equipment
- Follow assembly procedures, drawings, verbal instructions, and documentation to assemble products
- Prepare and assemble sensor cards, including UV epoxying and packaging
- Communicate issues clearly to management and engineering teams
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and engineering teams
- High School diploma or trade school equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience with QSR/ISO regulations and training (AP, TP, OI, OP) is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, or climb as needed.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., noise, temperature, equipment).
- Ability to operate tools, machinery, or technical equipment.
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

Targeted Salary Range$28-$29/hr
