Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temporary contract opportunity in Waltham, MA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys detailed assembly work, calibration, troubleshooting, and contributing to high-quality production standards.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will work in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment where accuracy, consistency, and safety are important. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of assembly experience who values clear work instructions, supportive supervision, steady weekday hours, and the chance to build skills with hand tools, test equipment, MRP systems, and Lean/6S workplace practices.

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers using hand tools and test equipment.
• Calibrate electronic devices according to customer specifications and documented procedures.
• Complete work orders accurately, on schedule, and within standard production times.
• Record labor hours accurately in the MRP system and maintain proper time and attendance records.
• Identify and report nonconforming products, material issues, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with Lean/6S and company standards.

• Pay rate: $23 to $24 per hour.
