- Build, test, and calibrate complex mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies to meet strict quality standards.
- Follow detailed technical work instructions for instrument assembly, material handling, and inventory verification.
- Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to complete precision builds.
- Collaborate effectively with work cell team members to maintain production schedules and foster a positive culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent lifting of 25 lbs, and constant lifting of 10 lbs.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and soldering.
