This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with electronic and mechanical components, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly on analyzer equipment
• Calibrate and test electronic devices according to customer specifications
• Use hand tools, test equipment, and computer systems to complete production tasks
• Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures
• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
• Record labor transactions and production data in the MRP system
• Identify and report quality or safety concerns
• Support continuous improvement and organized work area initiatives
• Cross-train and assist in multiple production areas as needed
• Work overtime when required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or testing experience
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and strong manual dexterity

• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
