Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead development of personal and non-personal tactics, including patient programs, co-development of content with patient ambassadors, live social media events, social media content, digital assets, media planning, and print.
• Drive US Brand Planning, including defining stakeholder strategies and budget development.
• Define and execute the vision and plan for US marketing; manage multiple agencies in plan execution.
• Develop field execution strategy for patient-facing initiatives in partnership with training and sales leadership and patient services leadership.
• Develop multi-channel/digital strategy and measurement plan.
• Create tactical measurement plan and develop courses of action based on metrics.
• Support POA strategy and execution.
• Administer the US marketing budget efficiently.
• Work closely with regulatory, legal, and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of biotech/pharma marketing experience.
• Eye care experience a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

• Translate patient needs into market-moving insights.
• Comfort with high-science data and converting it into promotional messaging.
• Succeed in fast-paced, results-driven environments managing ambiguity.
• Collaboration and success leading in matrix environments with agency partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; innovation with well-reasoned solutions.
• Integrity and understanding of relevant rules/regulations.
• Strong communication skills; influence across functions/levels.
• Proficiency in Veeva.

Domestic travel up to 30%; attend events outside business hours (occasional weekends/evenings).
