Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Developer Adoption

What You'll Do at Pega:

Own the developer & IT leader audience
Creation of compelling messaging and sales enablement content that helps IT leaders understand agentic AI value
Develop webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and technical content showcasing how enterprises use Pega to accelerate development and IT delivery
Pitch IT leaders and development teams on how shifting to Pega's AI-powered platform transforms their operating models and business outcomes
Work with partners to articulate how agentic AI capabilities increase delivery margins and accelerate client time-to-value
Support sales with custom presentations, technical deep-dives, and strategic deal collateral
Monitor competitive positioning, developer tool trends, and enterprise IT transformation drivers
Contribute to thought leadership through articles, industry events, and developer conference presence

Who You Are:

Genuinely curious about how AI is transforming how developers and IT teams work
Fluent in speaking with both developers and business leaders—able to translate technical capabilities into business impact
Excited to learn deeply about agentic AI and developer-centric platforms
Collaborative with product, sales, and technical teams; comfortable working across silos
Detail-oriented and resourceful in managing multiple work streams
Strategic thinker who connects product capabilities to real market opportunities

What You've Accomplished:

5+ years of product marketing, developer marketing, or marketing experience in developer-centric tooling or enterprise platforms
Created marketing or sales content targeting technical audiences (presentations, webinars, one-pagers)
Explained technical or complex concepts to less technical business audiences, or vice versa
Driven adoption and sales of developer-centric tools, platforms, or enterprise software
Worked cross-functionally in technology, SaaS, or developer-focused companies
Built relationships with developer communities or technical buyer personas
Demonstrated strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 129, USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
