Salary Range: $37.00 To $41.00 Hourly
Registered Nurse - Waltham, MA Position SummaryBoston IVF | IVI RMA North America is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Massachusetts team. This role is integral to enhancing the patient experience, improving clinical workflow efficiency, and supporting overall practice growth.
Our nurses serve as a key member of the care team, guiding fertility patients through every step of their journey. This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and care coordination to ensure an exceptional, supportive, and seamless experience.
ScheduleMonday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 2 weekend shifts/month and 3 holidays per calendar year
Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Coordination- Coordinate care, treatment, and ongoing management of fertility patients
- Implement provider-directed diagnostic and treatment plans
- Review medical records, lab results, and ensure accurate EMR documentation
- Communicate test results and provide clear patient instructions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and partners on testing, treatment options, and clinical processes
- Set clear expectations throughout the fertility journey
- Provide compassionate emotional and psychological support
- Anticipate patient concerns, answer questions, and foster a supportive environment
- Perform nursing interventions and procedures to support patient safety and care
- Assist providers with in-office procedures as needed
- Follow established clinical workflows, policies, and best practice guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Support onboarding, training, and mentorship of nursing staff
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- BLS and/or ACLS certification – preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – preferred
