Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Waltham, MA

Position Overview

Boston IVF is hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) at the Waltham location. The role supports patients undergoing advanced reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction.

Monday–Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. One weekend shift per month and three holidays per year are required.

• Provide primary nursing care to patients undergoing ART and ovulation induction.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory personnel, OR/PACU staff, administrative assistants, and receptionists to ensure smooth daily flow of clinical practice.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
• Minimum two years of nursing experience (preferred); women’s health or infertility experience is preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
