Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN)

We have a full‑time (40 hour) opening at the Waltham location. The role contributes to primary nursing care for patients undergoing advanced reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction (O.I.) and supports daily clinical operations.

Monday‑Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

• 2 weekend shifts per month required.
• 3 holidays per year.

• Provide primary nursing care to patients undergoing ART and ovulation induction.
• Work in conjunction with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory personnel, OR/PACU staff, administrative assistants, and receptionists to ensure the smooth daily flow of the clinical practice.

• Minimum two years of nursing experience, with women's health experience strongly preferred.
• Infertility practice background is a strong plus.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – preferred.
• Prior experience in women’s health or fertility – preferred.
• Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification – preferred.
