As Associate Scientist
-Molecular Immunology VIE within our Research & Development Laboratory team, you will help develop an end-to-end B cell analytics pipeline integrating wet-lab and computational workflows. The project involves peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) processing, B cell staining and sorting, high-throughput immunoglobulin repertoire sequencing (both 10x Genomics and plate-based approaches), bioinformatics analysis of antibody sequences, and downstream functional profiling using platforms such as Carterra.

Main responsibilities:
* Perform PBMC isolation, B cell staining, and sorting (FACS) for repertoire analyses.
* Conduct immunoglobulin sequencing using both 10x Genomics and plate-based methods.
* Support library preparation, quality control, and sample tracking throughout the sequencing pipeline.
* Support bioinformatics analyses to process and interpret antibody repertoire datasets.
* Execute and analyze binding and epitope characterization assays using Carterra or comparable platforms.
* Maintain accurate lab records, contribute to experimental design, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
* Participate actively in team meetings, project discussions, and data review sessions.
About you
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience (academic or industry).
* Hands-on experience with RNA/DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid/ ribonucleic acid) extraction, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) library prep, or single-cell sequencing workflows (experience with 10x Genomics preferred).
Soft and Technical skills:
* Proficiency in PBMC sample processing, flow cytometry, cell sorting, and multicolor staining of immune cells. Experience handling human PBMC samples would be a plus.
* Familiarity with antibody expression or characterization assays (ELISA, Octet, Carterra SPR).
* Working in Bio Safety Lavel 2/2+ conditions would be a plus.
* Prior experience in antibody discovery, or immune profiling projects would be a plus.
* Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
* Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for building novel immunological pipelines.
Education:
* Master's degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
Languages:
* Fluent English (written and verbal).
