Experienced scientist with a background in immunology or immuno‑oncology, and expertise in single‑cell or spatial genomics, molecular biology, and cell biology, will lead translational research in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The successful candidate will design, execute, and analyze complex genomic profiling experiments to support drug development programs.

• Independently lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex genomic profiling experiments, including single‑cell RNA‑Seq, CITE‑Seq, and spatial transcriptomics/proteomics.
• Perform image analysis tasks for spatial transcriptomics and proteomics datasets, including de‑array, alignment, cell segmentation, and phenotyping.
• Design, develop, and implement computational pipelines for spatial omics data processing and analysis.
• Proactively identify technical artifacts, interpret quality control results, optimize assay performance, and deliver high‑quality, reproducible data within timeline constraints.
• Stay current on single‑cell and spatial genomics advances through literature review, method evaluation, and validation of new technologies.
• Present work plans and acquired data clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders via formal written reports and verbal updates.

• Degree in bioinformatics, immunology, cell & molecular biology, pathology, or related biological science (B.S. ≥12 years, M.S. ≥10 years, Ph.D. or equivalent ≥4 years of industrial biotechnology experience).
• Extensive experience designing and conducting single‑cell and spatial omics studies to generate and validate biomarker hypotheses.
• Broad technical expertise in molecular and cell biology assays, especially scRNA‑seq and CITE‑seq.
• Expertise in executing spatial omics experiments using Cos Mx, Xenium, and Visium platforms, combined with molecular pathology techniques such as IHC and ISH.
• Proficiency in integrative analysis of multi‑dimensional datasets using R and Python.
• Skilled in advanced image analysis platforms such as Visiopharm and HALO for quantitative biological insights from tissue assays.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based architectures (AWS) and HPC environments for large‑scale genomic data processing.
• Experience applying machine learning and data visualization tools to complex biological patterns.
• Strong project leadership, prioritization, and resource allocation skills to meet aggressive timelines.
• Excellent presentation and people‑management skills, with proven ability to communicate complex scientific data to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Robust track record of scientific writing and documentation of technical findings.
