About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist to support laboratory operations and clinical sample testing within a fast-paced life sciences environment. This individual will be responsible for processing and analyzing biological samples, maintaining quality documentation, supporting laboratory equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory experience who are looking to further develop their skills in clinical sample analysis and regulated laboratory operations.
Responsibilities- Perform routine analysis of clinical samples in accordance with established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- Handle, process, and analyze biological samples ranging from small to large study batches.
- Accurately document laboratory activities, results, and quality records in accordance with established procedures.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to support laboratory goals and operational efficiency.
- Follow established methods, techniques, and workflows related to clinical sample analysis.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory quality systems and documentation requirements.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to support project and customer needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting sample-related, technical, or workflow issues in collaboration with sr team members.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Serve as a laboratory equipment resource by supporting the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of instrument service activities with vendors as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1+ year of laboratory experience, preferably involving routine sample processing and analysis.
- Experience working with large sample volumes or in a high-throughput laboratory environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (1+ Years of Laboratory Experience Preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
