USA-Clinical Research Associate I (Clinical)/Associate Scientist

Immediate need for a talented USA-Clinical Research Associate I (Clinical)/Associate Scientist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Waltham, MA (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently run experiments and data analysis supporting program progress.
• Establish cell-based screening assays for novel compounds.
• Support in vivo studies.
• Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure the team's accountability and adherence to the company's quality guidelines and requirements (e.g., electronic lab notebook).

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Molecular biology
• RNA/DNA isolation, qPCR/digital PCR assays
• Animal handling (mice, rats, Rodents, Mouse)
• Cell culture
• Tissue collection
• BA in life science or related fields with at least 2-4 years of experience as an associate scientist in an academic or biotech/biopharma lab.
• Strong molecular biology expertise (etc., RNA/DNA isolation, qPCR/digital PCR assays, ELISA, imaging, etc.).
• Cell culture expertise (maintenance of cells and transfection of nucleic acids).
• Experience in animal handling (mice), injection, and tissue collection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and document research.
