Our commitment to people with neuromuscular diseases
Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Pompe disease and multiple DMD mutations.
At Dyne, we are on a mission to deliver functional improvement for individuals, families and communities. Learn more at , and follow us onX ,Linked In and Facebook .
Role
Summary:
The Scientist, Bioconjugation designs, synthesizes, purifies, characterizes, andoptimizesnovel bioconjugates that support Dyne’s therapeutic pipeline. This role appliesexpertisein bioconjugation chemistry, protein purification, oligonucleotide conjugation, and analytical characterization to solve scientific and technical challenges.
Prior experience in design, synthesis, purification, and/or characterization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and/or antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) is a plus.
The Scientist collaborates closely with colleagues across chemistry, protein engineering, analytical sciences, process development, biology, and other functions to advance therapeutic programs from discovery through development.
