BIOCYTOGEN Boston Corp is seeking a driven antibody engineering scientist to lead programs from target selection through preclinical readiness. You will design experiments and optimize antibodies for affinity, specificity, stability, and manufacturability while evaluating leads for binding and function.
Collaborate with discovery, manufacturing, and licensing teams, maintain clear documentation, and present findings to stakeholders. A PhD or MS with relevant experience is required.
