As a Kitchen Manager with ISS Guckenheimer, you’ll lead a talented team and oversee all culinary operations to deliver outstanding food experiences. You’ll be the face of our brand, inspiring excellence, safety, and innovation while ensuring our kitchens operate at the highest standards.

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Lead daily culinary operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen
• Oversee purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP guidelines, and health department regulations
• Train, schedule, and develop staff while promoting a culture of collaboration and growth
• Represent ISS Guckenheimer with clients and customers, listening to feedback and driving improvements

• Be a leader who inspires and mentors your team while shaping exceptional dining experiences
• Work with a supportive company that values innovation, safety, and professional growth
• Showcase your culinary creativity while managing operations to meet and exceed client expectations

• Culinary Arts degree preferred
• 3+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume food service or restaurants
• Strong knowledge of HACCP processes, food preparation, and safety standards
• Serv Safe Manager Certified (or ability to obtain certification immediately after hire)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, customers, and employees
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day (excluding breaks)
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines during peak service times
