Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats.;
Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards; weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.;
Maintains meat department inventory and ensures cases are stocked; rotates items by expiration dates.;
Cleans and sanitizes equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department; inspects and stores meat upon delivery.;
Provides member assistance by answering questions and making recommendations regarding meat, poultry, and seafood.
