Farm Stand & CSA Manager

The Farm Stand & CSA Manager is responsible for all CSA distributions, scheduling and managing distribution and retail staff, retail operations, including any event volunteers and all retail sales and equipment. Percentage of time devoted to each is based on organizational needs, development of programs, and seasons. The goal for 2026 is to expand retail categories, increase and diversify retail revenue while prioritizing product price points that are accessible to a diverse population, expand public awareness of WFCF’s farm stand, which provides access to locally grown food and food producers, manage a winter market share alongside the winter CSA program to engage shareholders year round, and support or mission of local food access.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Retail management experience required, with a strong focus on customer service and training. Farmer’s Market retailer experience supports this position.
• Familiarity with food assistance programs (SNAP, HIP, etc) required
• Experience working with diverse populations, especially low-income households
• A self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and with a sense of urgency, and adjust to shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Square POS and GSuite required. Experience with CRMs such as NEON or other databases a plus, but not necessary
• Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, or 2-4 years experience in farmer's market or retail management is required
