This role is responsible for driving growth for Bulletproof and selling Managed IT Security (SOC) and MSP Services across Bulletproof’s full-service portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional with a strong "hunter" mentality to drive new business development in the mid-market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, expanding the company’s customer base, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in prospecting, and is driven to generate sales through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Act as a sales hunter, demonstrating the ability to contribute positively to selling services shortly after onboarding.
- Develop a trusted advisor status with key target accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Work closely with the internal and external GTM stakeholders like, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Sales operations teams and operational delivery.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including account and territory planning.
- Identify and expand opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth.
- Forge productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met.
- Stay updated on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication.
- Understanding of the IT security services specifically designed around Microsoft for a best of Platform approach. Travel for sales and client engagements will be required.
- Effective sales skills and the ability to consistently apply those skills to achieve quotas and goals.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with limited direction and oversight.
- 7+ years' proven success in an outbound IT services sales environment preferably with IT security solutions and/or Managed IT services.
- If you know Microsoft Solutions, Managed Services Provider, or related fields (i.e.: Cybersecurity) it will be a big plus for us.
- Proven track record in acquiring leads and generating revenue. You must be able to provide proof of hitting yearly revenue targets of $1m+.
- If you move forward in the process, you will be required to take an assessment to determine sales aptitude.
