• Involvement in developing training materials for pharmaceutical and dialysis products

• Design and deliver educational training for field sales managers and other personnel on pharmaceutical and dialysis products
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments to develop appropriate educational curricula for sales training
• Collaborate with management to organize and deliver corporate training sessions on the product portfolio
• Monitor and assist with the skill development of sales staff during customer interactions
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure resources are available for the sales force

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
• Minimum 8 - 12 years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience required (or 6 years with a Master's Degree)
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales training responsibilities required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced education or life sciences degree preferred
• Instructional design experience preferred
• Prior first-line pharmaceutical/medical device sales management experience preferred
• Experience with product launches preferred
• Project management experience is desired
