Role Overview
The Account & Relationship Executive is a quota‑carrying team member responsible for building and maintaining effective long‑term relationships with customers across industries to create demand for our products and services. The Senior Account & Relationship Executive is accountable to achieve the quota for the assigned book of business through directly selling products within customers’ existing product lines, driving transactional adoption, pursuing and driving renewal transactions, and pursuing up‑sell opportunities.
The role uses data to understand customer usage patterns and identify opportunities to improve adoption, pursue renewals, up‑sell within existing products, or identify potential leads for a Sales Rep to pursue a cross‑sell opportunity. The Executive conducts quarterly business reviews with customers to understand product usage, advise best‑practice use cases and behaviors, and educate on optimal use of offerings to maximize value and increase revenue spend.
- Research and gather information on current customers and their needs.
- Monitor and interpret product usage data to identify adoption, renewal, and up‑sell opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships to improve product use, execute renewals, up‑sell, and direct sales within existing product lines.
- Adhere to onboarding and training processes to promote customer adoption.
- Follow sales methodology and processes to execute renewal and up‑sell opportunities.
- Identify leads for cross‑sell opportunities and share them with Sales Reps.
- Directly sell products within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with Account Executive to complete annual account reviews and facilitate customer retention.
- Work with Account Executive to transition customers from contract‑signing to post‑sale support with a Customer Success Specialist.
- Partner with Account Executive, Technical Sales, and Sales Support to pursue and close opportunities for Compliance Solutions products at high‑strategic customer accounts.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM.
- Individual quota attainment, renewal target, and up‑sell targets.
- Customer adoption target attainment: improvements in adoption month‑over‑month or quarter‑over‑quarter.
- Number of leads identified and communicated to Account Executive.
- Customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.
- Completion of assigned product trainings and other required learning initiatives for professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, ET or CT.
- 8+ years of B2B commissioned sales or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, Technology Training, or renewal sales.
- Experience in the financial services or lending compliance industries.
- Data analytics skills to derive actionable insights.
- General knowledge of customer business, stakeholders, and product portfolio.
- Effective communication in face‑to‑face and virtual selling environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Team collaboration with Sales, Sales Support, and other internal teams.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities across customer accounts.
- Experience with cross‑sell, up‑sell, or renewal transactions.
- Professional demeanor in oral and written communication.
- Passionate and quick learner of new CS offerings.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and perseverant mindset.
- General product and application knowledge.

CompensationTarget salary range for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $63,150 - $87,250.
