Job Description & How to Apply Below

Everest Biolabs is a life science tools company developing automated, scalable technologies for the isolation and analysis of extracellular vesicles (EVs). We are building robust platforms to accelerate biomarker discovery and diagnostics. Our team is passionate about translating cutting‑edge science into accessible technologies that drive discovery and have a meaningful clinical impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, technically skilled sales professional to drive commercial growth for our EV isolation and analysis platforms. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales leads, managing and nurturing customer relationships, delivering compelling technical sales presentations, and representing Everest Biolabs at conferences and trade shows in the United States and Europe. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in life science tools, preferably applied to extracellular vesicles, lipid nanoparticles, and viral vectors, with a commercial mindset and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory plans and outreach strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) to academic researchers, core facility managers, and industry scientists
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, serving as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales cycle
  • Represent Everest Biolabs at scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events in the US and Europe
  • Collaborate with the scientific team to translate customer feedback into product development insights and identify emerging market opportunities
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay current with developments in EV biology, liquid biopsy, biomarker discovery, and related fields
  • Prepare quotes, coordinate with operations on order fulfillment, and support post‑sale customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, application notes, and marketing content in collaboration with the team
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM (Hub Spot), including pipeline tracking, contact management, deal progression, and activity logging to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • PhD in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related life science field
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or as a field application scientist within the life science tools industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of extracellular vesicle biology, immunoassays, chromatography-based separation, or related analytical techniques is strongly preferred
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred) and comfort with data‑driven sales processes
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling scientific presentations and build rapport with researchers and key opinion leaders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and work independently
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time

We are building solutions to scale extracellular vesicle research. Your work directly empowers scientists to achieve breakthroughs in diagnostics and therapeutics.
  • A True Hybrid Role:
Direct exposure to customers, leadership, and strategic decision‑making in a small, high‑impact team.
  • High Standards, Zero Ego:
