We are a privately held company with offices in Waltham, MA, Fort Myers, FL, and the United Kingdom, serving clients in financial services, utilities, manufacturing, government, communications, marketing, and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities- Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, trade shows, and the website.
- Cold‑call targeted accounts and conduct web‑based presentations.
- Participate in occasional trade shows.
- Develop, with assigned directors, a prospecting and development plan.
- Create effective voicemail and email messaging.
- Articulate Call Miner’s value proposition to prospects.
- Make 70+ outbound calls daily.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Experience with web applications such as Microsoft Office/Exchange, Sales Force, and Linked In.
- Familiarity with call‑center, speech‑recognition, or analytics technologies (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training.
- 2+ years of inside sales and/or lead‑generation experience, preferably in software.
- Proven cold‑calling and warm‑calling techniques.
- Ability to triage leads and prioritize outreach.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Disciplined daily activity planning, goal setting, and execution.
- Self‑starter with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
- Ability to receive direction, coaching, and mentorship.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
