Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager will be a critical part of the National Wholesale Team, reporting to the Vice President of National Wholesale. The role focuses on growing volume and margin through the sale of gas and oil, requiring a P&L driven mindset, proven track record, industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of market dynamics and existing customer and supply relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive, and profitable business relationships.
- Execute term, spot, prompt, forwards/futures and communicate market and supply fundamentals, competitive landscape, and success drivers.
- Monitor sales data to ensure budget expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement action plans and growth strategies to increase volume, margin and Global’s market presence through face‑to‑face and phone contact.
- Cold call and continuously develop market.
- Travel within the United States as required.
- Other duties as required.
- Work independently while collaborating, initiating, and executing sales and supply agreements.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset and a “do what it takes” mentality.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with a sales/account manager position.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
$ – $. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
