Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions, driving enterprise-level bioprocessing solution sales across the Americas.
Responsibilities- develop regional go-to-market and partnership strategies
- identify and close complex solution-based deals
- build senior customer relationships
- coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal development and project execution
- and leverage industry networks to expand market presence
- Bachelor's in engineering, life sciences, biotech, or related;
- 10+ years in biopharma or biotech business development with success in enterprise solution sales;
- deep bioprocessing expertise spanning process development to GMP manufacturing;
- strong strategic, negotiation, and relationship skills;
- able to influence matrixed teams and engage C-suite stakeholders.
focus on integrated bioprocessing workflows, automation, process analytical technology (PAT), and services; experience with solution sales in biologics or biotech manufacturing; domestic and international travel up to 50%.
Work setupbased near a major biopharma hub or key customer center, with flexible travel. The role emphasizes customer-centric innovation, technical consulting, and long-term revenue growth in a highly matrixed, global environment.
