AI Senior Scientist, Rare Cancer Discovery

Experience:
- A PhD in Cancer biology/immunology, bio-engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields
- 1 year of post-doctoral experience
- Strong background in machine learning and automation
- Strong background in cancer biology or immunology
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry to evaluate mouse and/or human immune cells and functions.
- Ability to independently design and execute research plans for one or more programs, and to review, analyze, and interpret experimental results.
- Ability to draft, execute and record protocols and experiments in a timely manner and maintain an excellent laboratory notebook.
- Job complexity is high and requires ability to work with high degree of independence.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills together with evidence of having used these to support problem solving and delivery in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of success in your research and experience preparing written scientific reports and oral presentations.
Experience:
- Experience with in vivo cancer models
- Knowledge of CNS biology or neuroimmunology.
- Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing and multi-fluorescence data analysis.
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $116,284 to $174,426. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
