As Associate Director of Antibody Discovery Programs, you will play a key role in shaping and leading strategies for our antibody discovery initiatives. This position entails driving the discovery of novel antibody-based therapeutics, with special focus on multispecific antibodies. You will be accountable for scientific oversight of dozens of therapeutic programs every year by working collaboratively with a range of large pharma companies, emerging biotech companies and academic collaborators.

A crucial aspect of this role involves providing a deep understanding of drug discovery projects to drive effective project strategies in collaboration with our partners. You will ensure executional excellence by evaluating scientific strategies, reviewing data in real time and making the necessary scientific adjustments to ensure a successful therapeutic discovery campaign. In addition, you will collaborate closely with project leaders overseeing the successful completion of project activities, accomplishing shared objectives, and meeting rigorous partner timelines.

Another key accountability of this role is serving as a change agent to drive continuous improvement of ADS service offerings to achieve sustained operational efficiency.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders both within and outside the company. You will also be accountable for high quality partner communication throughout the project life cycles, including drafting research proposals, updating project status and timelines, and presenting final deliveries.
