About this Role

We are hiring Field Service Technicians to support and service advanced industrial equipment, including CNC machine tools. No prior CNC experience is required. We actively hire and train experienced technicians from related industries such as:

  • Commercial HVAC
  • Industrial electrical or low voltage electrical
  • Diesel / heavy equipment
  • Field service / industrial maintenance
  • Aircraft mechanics

If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working on complex mechanical and electrical systems, we will train you to become an expert in CNC equipment.

What you will do in this role
  • Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, encoders, and control systems
  • Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs
  • Use tools such as multimeters and diagnostic equipment to identify issues
  • Use precision measuring tools and fixtures to check machine alignments
  • Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documents
  • Install, commission, and maintain equipment
  • Provide customer support and operator guidance when needed
  • Work independently while collaborating with a team when needed
  • Provide clear communication verbally and in service reports given to the customer
What we are looking for

We are intentionally open to candidates from multiple technical backgrounds.

Strong candidates may have experience in:

  • HVAC systems and controls
  • Industrial or commercial electrical work
  • Diesel or heavy equipment repair
  • Manufacturing maintenance or field service
Preferred skills (not all required)
  • Electrical troubleshooting (motors, drives, transformers)
  • Use of multimeters and electrical testing tools
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Control systems or PLC exposure
  • Mechanical repair and alignment

CNC experience is a plus, and is desirable, but is not required.
