Description

Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm, is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Watch Factory Lofts property in Waltham, MA. This is a great opportunity for a technician with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (training provided).
  • Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning.
  • Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
  • Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).
Qualifications
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment.
  • Some maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair) but not required; training will be provided.
  • Possesses a basic set of hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks such as bending, reaching, and crawling.
  • Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule).
