Kaloutas is looking for hardworking, dependable Industrial Flooring Installers to join our team and support commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Northeast.

At Kaloutas, we're focused on doing great work, developing our people, and creating opportunities for employees to grow. As a Flooring Installer, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen, Field Managers, and fellow installers to deliver high-quality flooring solutions for our customers.

No two projects are exactly the same. Depending on the job, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing concrete and other flooring surfaces
• Operating grinders and other surface-preparation equipment
• Installing epoxy and resinous flooring systems
• Assisting with polished concrete applications
• Mixing and applying flooring materials
• Measuring areas and calculating material needs
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Following all company and jobsite safety requirements
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Successful candidates will:

• Be dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Pay close attention to detail and quality
• Communicate professionally with teammates and supervisors
• Be comfortable with basic jobsite math, including multiplication, division, square footage, ratios, and unit conversions
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a smartphone or mobile device
• Be able and willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies
• Be comfortable working in an active commercial or industrial construction environment

Previous epoxy, polished concrete, concrete preparation, or commercial flooring experience is a plus.
