Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Contract) | Entry-Level Candidates Welcome

Looking to grow your logistics, warehouse, or shipping career? We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, material handling, logistics, or customer service experience.

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy activities
• Receive incoming materials and ensure proper storage and organization
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments
• Process shipments using systems such as UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, and DHL
• Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Air Waybills and other required forms
• Maintain accurate inventory and ERP system records
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively across departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and data entryli>
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• $20.00/hour
