Nursery Manager – Up to £63,000

We are currently for an experienced Nursery Manager who is confident leading a well-established early year setting. You will have full responsibility for day-to-day operations, quality standards, and team leadership within a nursery offering state-of-the-art facilities and a strong focus on play-based learning.

• This role requires previous experience as a Nursery Manager

• Applicants must hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• This position is not suitable for candidates new to management or without nursery leadership experience.

  Up to £63,000 per year

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Confidence managing staff, standards, and operational responsibilities
• Experience achieving good or outstanding Ofsted outcomes

• Oversee the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and early years regulations
• Lead, support, and manage staff performance and development
• Monitor staffing levels, resources, and budgets effectively
• Work closely with families to maintain clear communication and trust
• Drive continuous improvement across practice and outcomes
