* Role Overview:
* Lura Constructions is seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Engineer & Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of plumbing and gas-related tasks, including day-to-day repairs of showers, pumps, and gas appliances. Work is primarily within occupied residential properties across London boroughs.

* Key Responsibilities:

* * Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance, including installation and servicing of showers and pumps.

* Installations of heating systems.

* Diagnose faults in electrical showers and pump systems.

* Conduct routine and emergency gas works including cookers, gas fires, and boiler maintenance (if applicable).

* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

* Maintain clear communication with office teams and residents while providing excellent customer service.

* Required Credentials &

Experience:

* * Level 2 Plumbing Qualification (minimum).

* Gas Safe Registered, including ACS certification for cookers and gas fires.

* Proven experience in domestic plumbing and heating repairs.

* Skilled at diagnosing plumbing and gas issues, especially related to showers and pumps.

* Full UK driving licence (essential).

* Ideally have their own van and tools

Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
