Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator with your own van and tools, looking for temp work within high-quality residential apartments? A well-established property management company is looking for a reliable Painter & Decorator to support the maintenance of rental apartments across Walton-on-Thames and the Farnham area. This Painter & Decorator role offers temporary work carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to prepare apartments for new tenants and complete repairs within occupied properties.

The successful Painter & Decorator will be joining a professional team committed to maintaining high standards across a residential portfolio, must have own van, brushes, whites, and tools. The ideal Painter & Decorator will have excellent decorating skills alongside a good all‑round knowledge of all interior and exterior aspects, working across two properties – one in Farnham and one in Walton-on-Thames – and must live local to these areas.

• Carry out reactive and planned painting and decorating works
• Prepare walls and surfaces by filling, sanding and priming
• Complete high‑quality internal decorating and touch‑up work
• Prepare vacant apartments ready for new tenants
• Undertake minor property repairs and general maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas

• Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
• Own van and tools are essential
• Experience in property maintenance and multi‑trade repairs
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Reliable, hardworking and well presented
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Must provide two satisfactory references and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Walton-on-Thames or Farnham

£25 per hour. Temporary 4 x weeks. Weekly pay. Full‑time hours.
