Wet Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)

We are currently looking for an experienced Wet Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Walton-on-Thames.

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong plastering and painting experience, alongside the ability to carry out a range of general maintenance repairs.

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete painting, tiling, patch repairs, and other wet trade works to a high standard.
• Undertake additional multi-trade repairs where required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
• Strong wet trade and multi-trade skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £22 per hour.
• Company van and fuel card.
• Ongoing, full-time work.
